- The transportation fee is $100 for groups of 1 to 10 participants. For groups of 11 participants or more, the transportation fee is $10 per person.
- Minimum age: 6 years (minimum height 130 cm / 4.25 ft)
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid physical license
- Children under 6 cannot join the Zipline or Polaris tour
- Maximum weight: 130 kg (280–290 lb)
- Closed shoes required; flip-flops only after activities
- Bring light clothing, towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, and a change of clothes
- Not suitable for pregnant women, or travelers with back, heart, or serious medical conditions
- Personal items not allowed during activities; lockers available for a small fee (bring your own lock if preferred)

What type of footwear is recommended?
We recommend you bring hiking/tennis shoes as there is a lot of walking on uneven trails. Also, water shoes are great for the caves, and zip line which ends in the water.
Are there lockers available for rent?
Yes, lockers are available which can be rented with debit, credit, or cash.
Do you pickup from our hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, roundtrip transportation is available from hotels in the Bayahibe, Dominicus and La Romana area. Transportation can be arranged for most Airbnbs as well.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your activity starts for a full refund.
Am I able to reschedule?
Yes. We can reschedule your activity as long as you notify us in time. If we cannot reschedule due to matters outside of our control and were notified 24-48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
